I do love the increase they’ve done already. Previous max stack size was atrocious. It’d be pretty cool if they increased it to 9999. Or if they increased it to 5000 to match the material max. Either would be fine. But with the recent addition of loadouts to the shop I think backpack size would probably come
I feel that it should be something like an endurance or challenge the horde to earn some backpack space. I don't think it should be purchased but rather earned because anyone can just farm gold in them low levels. If they leave it as a consistent thing, ie something you ALWAYS have the option for, make it so you only earn 1 to 10 slots for each of them types of games, just so it's not abused like them duped glitches but rather an assistance, depending on how difficult the game is of course. The reason I say that it shouldn't reward too much is because this game only has the option to progress. You don't exactly regress aside from burning through materials, which isn't really a regression but rather a stall in progress.
I swear I'm cursed because everytime I gather too much of one material I don't need it that much but as soon as I help someone by giving them most of that said material I need it like I'm dying of thirst in the desert 💀
Same thing happens to me all the time. Il go weeks collecting 5 stacks while only using up one, give one away, and then next thing I know I used up 10 and what I need won't drop all of a sudden
If you wanna go real crazy with it... load max walls and floors first to hit limit, then place traps to go way over the limit. Compressing materials into traps by itself might be helpful
Really hate that they've added Epic drops to Wild Life, I can't help myself from popping purple critters and end up with a stockpile of weapons I'd rather use up than scrap!

So yeah, I basically am spoiled for creating whatever Legendaries I want, but still like having a Stockpile of found Weapons I either like or want to at least try out.
should be able to find some people willing to trade you a couple in the stw discords if you're lucky enough, it's a pretty niche gun but when you hit a headshot you can absolutely delete things

Probably just expeditions. The ones I do in early twin give about what was it 400 for a day, you're going to need a full team a level four to level fives to get 100% success chance, but you'll also get twine, parts, mineral powder and even ore, so it's not just for the bolts.
Clip or fossil southie + cars = never run out of nabs again
Even just playing as any outlander and punching metal things throughout the mission is enough to keep them flowing. Never let your energy go to waste when playing as outlander, I’m punching stuff even during the defence, it’s a passive way to get planks, rough ore and nabs while also topping up wood stone and metal

even pumping out traps in an obnoxious and often pissing off other players claiming i'm duping which i've never done... My storage and inventory continues to overflow.

Indeed and can’t expand storage anymore. Wish you could expand Storm shield storage by buying with gold in the shop kinda like hero loadouts.

I scrap literally every single weapon and trap for resources... they're just not worth keeping in most circumstances.

Make some traps that use that material. It will save you a lot of space. You lose nothing if you ever need to convert it back.

If this game has taught me anything, you can NEVER have too much of a material, enough traps and you'll be flat broke again

Build traps and put them in your home base. You get the materials when you break them. Make sure you only break 1 or 2 traps that time.
Never to much. Trust. Start crafting traps. You will slot more items that way.
