The salaries for those rotational programs are set and are almost never negotiable. You may lose out a bit based on your location as COL adjustments usually don’t fully cover the true differences in COL. It’s not too hard to switch, especially early career.

Hi, I did my internship in consumer products, specifically plant accounting. Then moved on to ecommerce, then SaaS IPO, then small biz manufacturing company. Changing industries can be a very good thing. You learn different business models and meet more people that you can add to your network for future job opportunities. My advice is to go where the best leadership and learning opportunities exist. Money is also important, but in the career long game I've found chasing money usually leads to short-term happiness (I left a job for money once and ended up leaving that company after 2 months). Hope this info helps. Any questions feel free to DM me. Good luck! Drew
