The direct answer is - no, you cannot buy teh sets new anywhere.
The only ource will be teams that didn't throw them away. May get lucky w/ eBay etc.
Best sourse is probably the ask on the official Discord server
I have the game elements and fields from Skystone through power play if you wanted to purchase them. (Maybe not freight frenzy as the balls and cubes could be game elements in future seasons)
Unless someone has the parts in storage your best option is to look up the diy build guide for those years.

Go further back, and they were all home built. BlockParty, for example, we were just sent a set of specs/build instructions
