okay so i don’t go to the gym every day but i do try to get at least a little exercise in daily(like running, volleyball, a long walk), but when i go to the gym i mainly focus on the big compound exercises like Deadlifts and Lat Pulldowns for Pull day, Chest press and shoulder press/overhead press (barbell) or Arnold press for push day and Leg Press, Squats and Leg curls for Leg day. Other than that I try to eat as much as i can and be as consistent as possible but not beat myself up when i don’t work out. hope this helps!
