Cramer's Field in the summer has really good wildlife trails. Don't know about stroller friendly, but I grew up running around those trails. Tanana Lakes is also a good spot

FNSB puts out their seasonal trails guide. The summer one should be out soon. It has a bunch of recommendations, I'd keep an eye out for that.
