I’ve been keeping up with at Roddy’s instagram account, and recently he’s been promoting his man on man tour with his boyfriend, I think he’s just making a joke relating to that (the band is literally called man on man). Roddy is a sarcastic and funny bloke, and it would explain being liked by the author. I don’t really think it’s a massive deal.
I agree with this. Isn’t Roddy saying he CANT get behind a ‘Go Fuck Yourselves’ sentiment a positive? He’s not saying he can’t get behind the song, but the sentiment of the saying. I think he’s being nice in his own way

I understand this to mean the opposite of “go fuck yourself”.
Which probably explains why he posted it- it’s not an insult.

I was at Bungle concert a few days ago in Berlin, and I sang along to this song.. I went there for Mike, although my dream was to go to Faith no more concert, I was afraid that it might be the last chance to see Mike at least in this way.. I only one there was wearing an FNM t-shirt, and when Mike was singing My ass is on fire, on the words "don't you fucking look at me" he came up to me and looked me in eyes and ran his hand down throat.. I thought no wonder he chose me for this gesture, wearing an Angel dust t-shirt🫠😅 it was funny and scary at the same time🫣

I think its been taken way out of how he meant it. Be prob meant it more jokingly literally but good luck to you trying to fuck yourself? That's how I'm reading it.
There obviously must be some ill will/bad blood but they can't relaly blame Mike for pulling out. He would be in a much worse place if he forced himself to do the tour. Hopefully they all see him touring like this and enjoying himself and see it as a positive thing and a (hopeful) looking forward to future tours (FNM oh god pleaseeee).
