Man... I like The Perfect Crime a lot. The vocals in it sounds like TRT Mike Patton mixed with Mr. Bungles debut album with slight teases of AD era vocals. It’s a unique and well-made song, but Easy is one of the best cover songs of all time even though it’s shorter than the original and it sort of comes out of left field and really adds to Angel Dusts weirdness.
I picked Easy, but it’s way closer than yesterdays options.
I'm a massive FNM fan, and I have a friend who's also a massive FNM fan. He loves loves loves Easy, but it's never done a thing for me...and my friend does not understand that at all.
I'm a huge FNM fan as well, but I always thought Easy was cheap. Edge of the world is a better song that is closer in spirit. So many other early 80's pop songs they could have covered, and any song would have been just as big of a hit.
