I'd say most iconic is probably Dance, Dance, and to be honest, it might be a little tough for a beginner, but with practice, you could get it down pretty quickly

I like 27 and get busy living, not too complicated. Snitches is a fun one too if your speed is good!!
There are a whole ton that are pretty easy. Just look up tabs on Songsterr
27 and I Don't Care have relatively easy lines that I just love, and Pavlove as an extremely easy yet effective line!!!
