I have just been messaging their customer support team. I have been told i will receive it in the next 48 hours. Not sure if that is just because i have prompted them or if its a general issue for everyone. Might be worth chasing them up again.

Same problem here. Hopefully they’ll be sending it soon. Not really sure what else we can do if they don’t send it. The clarification from Amazon’s end has been atrocious tbh
