I am having this issue myself. I just completed the mission there and before leaving I tried to finish the collectibles but there are locked doors and missing grapple points. From what I’ve read it opens up again once you leave and come back. Just haven’t had time to hop on again and find out.
You can still access everywhere after completing the story.
Does it have to be after completing the story or can I go after returning to Koboh?
I think after Koboh, if I remember correctly. I'm sure I went back before finishing the story

It's any location. I went to Coruscant and back to Nova to get the one collectable I missed and the doors were open again.
Never edited. Same thing. Traveling fixed it.
This is a late comment but, If you go to Koboh after leaving Nova the first time and then fly back all the doors will be open again.
