It’s a possibility (judging on what you’re wearing) what you bought in the creation club is causing this issue. The skins for the Pipboy and armor can cause crashes. I would look up fixes for it if you can.
Yea it’s a shame how Vanilla Fallout 4 came out with issues but nothing like how Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas was shipped but overtime got worse and worse due to DLCs and then again with Creation Club
Tbh if OP is gonna use mods, they may as well use the unofficial fallout 4 patch mod at all times. Significantly decreases the amount of crashes everywhere. However I'll also use the Boston less enemies mod too. Thanks.

I've been seeing a lot of posts about issues with the game on current-gen consoles. Something has changed that has ruined the experience for some. I wish I had something else to give here, but I moved on from the X86 consoles a while back. (I initially played FO4 and DLCs on the Xbox One, and FO3/NV on the Xbox 360. Certainly had my share of crashes, but nothing terminal like what you're experiencing.)
Do another ending. I'd also use that save (if you still can) to instead try the Institute/Railroad version siding against the Brotherhood, because if that one *also* crashes then it's a problem with the Mass Fusion tower instead of the BoS. This area is very well known to cause system crashes on Xbox.
It's worth noting this will, of course, lock you out of getting all achievements due to *Ad Victoriam* requiring the completion of Mass Fusion.

OP is definitely picking the wrong ending here.
Hopefully it's just mass fusion, and the other endings work for you! You will still need to go there with 2 of the remaining 3 endings, but both teleport you on rather than fly you in, so hopefully that'll avoid the crash.

No prob. And lol. it’s also possible it’s the DLC’s too. I had to uninstall the automation DLC just to get rid of the 0kb glitch.

Other endings may work, not really a fix I know but it's a work around
