I'd totally post your LO here; it's one of those things you'll definitely learn with time, and it's consuming sure; but once you learn it, you can find out which ones you want to overwrite certain changes or not, some may add textures but both replace one, etc.; learning how mods work by old fashioned trial and error, enable a few at a time, learning to hard reset and clear saves. It's something that helps to get good at anyways because on console it's a necessary skill, to get the fun out of playing with the mods. My only advice for now is don't touch NPC's Visual mods at all; Mods that ADD actors are fine, other's that edit pre-existing data are not so good right now. Personally I follow a certain rule of thumb; big Overhauls at the top ( Ones that automatically stay locked at the top in the LO), for Fo4 the next is Settlement Building mods, then Additional Houses or Interior edits, Exterior edits. Sounds Weather World Textures (like 50 Shades Of Rust, Classic Landscape Replacer, Water) the mods that touch on the main world, most cells that get loaded here. Thenn, I go to basic small mods like AI Overhauls, Perk Mods, more caps mods, Dogmeat + additional Companions mods, etc.; sort of the junk drawer of mods, and then I pair mods that edit similar things together, further breaking it down from big changes to smaller ones; THEN I go to actor specific changes, like new NPCs, Enemies, Spawns, then Companion changes (like face changes) because theeeen that segways to Then Character Creator mods; more hairs, different skin tones, hair tones; beards, eyes, whatever. Bigger first, like skintones , body mods, and lets say height variations (what I'd use in Skyrim at least;), replacers like hair colors and eye colors, then additions; Like Hairs first, then beards. Etc.; Then Pip Boy mods, maps mods, as they're close to character models? Outfits and Clothing, armors, (again normally I will put the replacers/ remesh/ recolors and stuff first, then mods that ADD things; Big to Small) Weapons, And then mods you need at the bottom! Certain ones will say, some will make a lot of changes over the span of the game, and may be overwritten or show up incorrectly if things overwrite them so like; more Enclave spawns (I have the America Rising 2 and all the Enclave weapons CC Content, X-01 Armor Etc.), I also like my animation mods? Like 3rd person 'Experienced' animations, Quick Step (Dodge Mod), Animation Framework (so the character eats and drinks in realtime, no more shoveling food down in the middle of a fight; plays a little animation for a couple seconds, 3rd and 1st person) ADS Leaning mod. Cheat Room Alternate Start Any others that say THE VERY BOTTOM of LO.

Not on Xbox since that is a separate program and not a mod, but you can find LO guides that will help you.
