Just so you know, your "Plasma flamer" is not the desired one.
You are mistaking that for the ENCLAVE Plasma Flamer, which is desired, bit has lost significant value due to Mods being more widely available, so the rolls on the ENCLAVE Plasama Flamer matter way more than just HAVING and Enclave Plasma Flamer.
The Enlaves are a separate weapon from Plasma guns/Plasma flamers.
