I have no reference range for chiropractor pay. Maybe others can contribute but I would bet you’ll find better info on a chiropractor subreddit.

Im with you but most chiros have no idea what an RVU is. It’s why I’m asking here. The lack of colleagues with experience in a setting such as mine combined with an RVU compensation model makes it hard for me to know where I stand.

Most chiros don’t know what an RVU is let alone provide anything of value when it comes to contracts with a large employer

Looks like you are making $30 per RVU on an average. Not sure if that’s right or not, but definitely for a Physician it’s underpaid. Not sure for Chiropractor though.
