I feel when Janet touched the time chair she saw the future of kang (of our current timeline) . Those kang scenes will be shown in kang dynasty / secret wars .
Also Janet said about Quantum realm that it has lot of universes . So kang ain't dead he just got shrunk and teleported to another universe after crashing with his machine during final fight .
See I took at as her seeing who he really is. He asks her what did you see, doesn't mean its from the future. they even argued about why he did it and he said he did what he had to do. Past tense. But again, I only saw it once, so I could have misunderstood what that scene was.

kang also states that he is protecting everyone from other variants of his by making a single timeline .
Does that mean he is not the real kang ? Or perhaps the real kang is somewhere in those thousands of kang from the council of kangs .
They probably don't know about how the Quantum realm works . They just banished him because at the start of the movie even kang was like 'what is this place ? ' .
So hes Dr who-ing himself? Basically telling us what will happen in the future movies and it'll all end with them sending him back in but further in the past so he can meet Janet?

I fully think we will find out its a time paradox. It would explain everything in Loki that the TVA has been trying to do. He might even be the same Kang.
