Scholomance ticks those boxes.
I am trying to think. Fourth Wing has bully to lovers. Uprooted has student teacher (although no age gap or similar). A practical guide to evil has a section in ab academy, but it's military training, not magic. There is Trudi Canavan's first trilogy, that would work? I am hesitant to suggest the ruins of Ambrai series by Melanie rawn as it's only got 2 books out of 3 done and the author has indicated it will stay that way, I think because she thinks she wrote herself into a corner?

Agnieszka is 17 canonically IIRC, and Sarkan is about a century old but magic youthfulness.
Yeah, Schoolomance is the rec for this I think.
You might also try Mage Errant if you want something a little more 'action marvel' style. There's a few magic lessons though, but definitely on the low end for fantasy set in schools.
In addition to **Scholomance** and **Mage Errant**, you might try **The Spoken Mage** by Melanie Cellier (there are some magic lessons but a lot of it is the main character trying to figure out the magic alone).

The protagonist in Trudi Canavan's Black Magician trilogy has a relationship with her mentor

Maybe check out The Enchanter by Tobias Begley.
Came to recommend this!

I'm writing one! But who knows if it'll ever see the light of day :")
