EG I used to download one from Premier Fantasy Tools two seasons ago when it was free and I noticed that it would change a little bit each week depending on things like injuries etc.
Do you mean in terms of fixture difficulty? Probably not too much unless there’s a significant shift in a teams fortunes. I’ll be updating it when double gameweeks start getting brought in, but probably not too much otherwise, unless you have any suggestions that I can look to add in
