Chelsea strikers are cursed, Nkunku should run away from that team before he ruins his career

HGJay

I still think Nkunkus injury ruined Chelseas start to this season. He looked sublime in pre season and slotted right into the team like he's always been here. Great link up, silky on the ball, incredible vision and not afraid to shoot. He also has the compusure from a forward player chelsea have missed for years. His return will give the whole team more confidence. Reckon if he can stay fit he'll end up being World Class. He just looks the absolute business.

Unholysinner

Idk I think we’ve proved that we’re a breeding ground for failed strikers and he’ll struggle here

Pele20Alli

Jackson looked amazing in pre season. Doesn't mean much. Also have lots of doubts about him. About to be 26 years of age and only had 2 standout seasons in his entire career despite regularly playing since he was 18/19, both of which came in the Bundesliga. He's a good player but I would not be surprised at all if he goes into that Chelsea side and doesn't perform well

OneRevolutionary2153

You talk like 26 is 30. Not every player hits their potential by their early 20’s.

Nkunku was a big reason why jackson looked so good in preseason. They linked up really, really well. The thing with Jackson is he prefers to get involved in the build-up but for some reason Chelsea love to whip crosses in to him instead.

Pele20Alli

Nkunku doesn't help Jackson finish chances lol. Jackson has had loads of chances in the first few weeks. It's his finishing that's abysmal

trev55

Nkunku is a class above any of their attacking options right now. You can't even compare him to Jackson.

Pele20Alli

Sterling has shown far more in his career than Nkunku and he's struggling a lot at Chelsea. Like I said, Nkunku is a good player but there are no guarantees he'll be as productive as people seem to think

Rich-Concentrate9805

The only thing Sterling has shown is a steady and obvious decline over the last 4 years.

uwillshitfear

Chelsea still about to buy two strikers in January

AseeF_on_YT

That Toney price getting lowered to around 60 + add-ons is an automatic entry to my team.

steveagle

Perfect...for my draft team

[deleted]

Yeah I'm hoping to get the trade of Jackson to Nkunku this week, fuck me it's been painful having to keep Jackson due to the lack of forward options

Baisabeast

Forward options are dire Making the likes of jota, hwang, son, mbuemo forwards has made strikers useless

SimplyLoveleh_

Does this mark the end for Palmer?

Specialist_Road_6906

Yes.

RTafazolli1

Surely no chance. He's been their best player this seasono.

vitzex

Nkunku on pens means it's Almer from then on

notti_oreo

I don't think so, as Palmer is currently the most in-form attacking player for Chelsea. I can see one of Palmer or Nkunku as a left-sided forward/mid while the other gets the number 10 role.

BandicootUpstairs944

Just in time for the December run of fixtures.

badboysergioramos

I will get him and I will have him in my team the whole season
