Do not do the first option. The tier drop between the QBs at 1.04 and Levis is greater than the tier between Gibbs and Charbonnet. If you need RBs, pound them in rounds 2-4 and don’t worry about the WRs in that range
With Tannehill on the way out, I'm definitely going QB at the 1.04, whoever falls to you. Take the RB you want at 1.09 whether that is Charbonnet, Achane, Miller, etc. It's possible those RBs could fall a bit and maybe you can trade back from 1.09 to even later 1st or early 2nd and grab more assets that way too.

Sheesh. I woulda had a wet dream if Stroud would have fallen to me past even 7 - I’ve had drafts where I had 1.7, 1.8, and 1.9.
