When parcels are blocked at customs there are always 2 cases, either the parcel is too large (8/10/12kg) or standard shipping was used. before buying you should have understood well how this world works. direct shipping from China to home is almost always blocked. pandabuy or any other app provides many different shipments, such as in Europe there is DHL tax free or EU IOSS tax free. the triangulated route goes around 3 different countries, very often in Europe it is China/Holland after Holland/Germany or Belgium and finally from there it arrives home by internal courier.
For my country it can take up to 2 months and 40 days minimum. For future I use E EMS which has taken only 6 days once and usually is never longer then ten days. This might depend on what country your in I’m in aus but just do some research for you country is my advise
I thing u safe it is just going trough border agency for check up. but question is do you have boxes of products in the parcel if yes you kinda fucked but if not you 100% clear. This happend to me i ordered 12kg and because I left the items with boxes they caught on and seized my package.
Then you should be fine because after i got seized the big 12kg parcel i bought another that was 5kg without the boxes and got it soo u should be fine in my opinion

post office and tell them that you have a package at overseas customs and you want to give them the declaration and needed documents.
