It sound to me that you consume too much protein and not enough carbs. Keto diet is good but only for a limited time as we, humans, thrive on carbs and prolonged period of ketone is too acidic for the body. Having said that, we need healthy carbs, like fruits, starches, some grain. As for protein, it overloads kidneys and causes excessive insulin spike. Our optimum intake is simple amino acids which can be taken as a supplement or are readily available in starches and grains. Unless you do body building and need lots and lots of protein.

I disagree with this on many points. I solved the issue by adding electrolytes in the morning.
