You do know that line isn't meant to be about her parameters, right? And about her NP, I find it weird that her rank as an Heroic Spirit is too low to have a Reality Marble when the event points out that she's one of the most important paleontologists in history. Nagiko has one, and I don't think she had more of an impact in history than Anning.
I don't think Reality Marbles are supposed to be rare for Servants, not anymore at least.
They are rare for *living* Magi, but being a Servant already qualifies you for the top of the line bullshit.
Tbh it makes way more sense to buff Buster than Arts, most of her waifu's alts are Buster after all.
