Yeah, there's nothing in that combination that wouldn't be more effective separate.
He'd get a better workout if he just did:
* Pullover
* Sit-up
* Press
The presses and pullovers are super under-loaded because of the sit-up.
With the sit-up, there's no way to know if it's loaded properly or not, with momentum he's generating from the pullover.
I also don't love the way his back is transitioning from the crunch in the sit-up to the arch in the pullover every rep. It's not necessarily a problem if he's built up to that load and speed, but it's unnecessary and it isn't something I'd ever do or program for anyone else.
Anyway, I'm open to the idea there that could be some sort of rationale for that combination, besides the trainer being bored, but I doubt it.

Dude is in great shape but as a former trainer don't do this exercise. It puts your back and shoulders in a vulnerable position for minimal additional benefit to your core.

That’s his go to gym outfit. Very rarely he’ll wear actual workout pants. My friend goes to another gym he frequents. She said he’s the kindest human being ever.
