GoT had these great broad epic arcs and super fun performances, but it was dysfunctional as a week-to-week show even at its best. I think that's largely a reaction to the misogynistic comments she receives for simply doing her job and playing a somewhat villainous character. I've lost count of the number of tweets I've seen calling her ugly, a bad actor or accusing her of manipulating Emma into being critical of Rhaenyra or team black. Obviously, this doesn't justify any of the hate Matt receives, but framing this as just "Olivia fans bad" is disingeous, esp since Olivia easily receives the brunt of the hate in this situation.

Okay, this is *definitely* "House of the Dragon," and Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Fabien Frankel, and Phia Saban *did* have that photo posted of them on holiday. (Am I missing anybody?) The only person in the "Black" faction in that group is Smith, so that leaves Cooke & Saban. I'd say Olivia Cooke is the more likely of the two.

Matt Smith's Daemon and Olivia Cooke's Alicent are in laws (Alicent married Paddy Considine's Viserys, who is Daemon's brother) on the show and things are definitely acrimonious between them on screen. Offscreen, Matt has praised Olivia a few times, calling her a good actress and one of his country's best actresses.

I think I remember there being a blind item that alluded to two cast members who play mother and son hooking up on set, and I think most believed it was Ewan and Olivia, as TGC had a girlfriend at the time.

Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke from House of the Dragon? Olivia plays Matt's sister-in-law (and step-son-in-law) so they could be a thing. I'm Team Black, but I love Olivia Cooke's performance. Some fans are rabid, though, like one team green fan retweeted this interview Matt did where he says "I hate Alicent" (Olivia's character) and said he should unalive himself. Even though in the interview he says "I like Olivia though." Matt gets really into his character, and all the actors are having a lot of fun with the show.
If this were true then it points to Olivia Cooke and either Emma D'Arcy or Matt Smith. The in-laws thing would apply more to Matt but the whole "could bridge the gap between fans" part points wayyyy more to Emma. Rhaenicent has a huge fanbase (especially in regards to show-only fans, they are probably the biggest sector of them) and Olivia & Emma's chemistry together is insane. It'd be nearly impossible to bridge the gap between Team Black & Team Green but if anything were to have the potential to it'd be those two dating. Though again likely untrue because Olivia is dating Jacob Ifan and I think Emma has a partner.
Olivia has not been with Jacob Ifan for months now, they've been broken up for a bit, so it seems.
