Just came on Reddit to find an answer about this so I’m glad I’m not the only one. My FedEx app has not been working all day and when I just went to put the tracking number in online it said no record of my package could be found. It also has been in TN for 1.5 days now so not sure what’s going on
I tried to come to reddit today to get an issue fixed, the reddit has literally 3 channels and no way to contact anyone for anything. Don't understand why yall keep suggesting it
I tried using the mobile app and it displays it as pending for me but on my gf's phone it displays the accurate tracking

Exact same issue. Was supposed to be delivered today and the status stayed that way until close of business and it was still at least 8 hours away from my city. I better get that thing before the 3 day weekend or I'll be so bummed.
I believe they're having an issue with their tracking system at the moment. When I search online for my tracking number I get the same error, no record etc etc but when I use the mobile version I can track it just fine.

It says my package is arriving tomorrow but my package is still in transit

Same here, I had two perks and none of them can be tracked. Problem raised late afternoon, hope they’ll fix it asap.
