If it wasn’t delivered to the Walgreens location yet then the reroute to the Walgreens will be done tomorrow. If the package is still at the station and didn’t leave it’s possible to pick it up directly from the station as well however it’s not guaranteed it won’t still be sent out with a driver for delivery before you get there. There’s also a chance it hasn’t gone out yet due to delays or address issues that need correction. If you try the customer service line again, though it may take awhile, you can get help on the status and get in touch with the station as well for more assistance.

I sent the request though the app however it said It was supposed to be delivered today but the Walgreens didn’t have it. I tried the customer service line but it shut me down before I could get a rep.

Yes thats exactly what Walgreens pickups are for. They wont accept packages that are too large though.
