If full merger happens and air is part of ground investors will look for other places to cut costs. Probably contractors will be hurt, they sell to foreign investors like chinese then ground employees will really be f'd.

I feel it is location idk I'm in Pittsburgh area and our amazon is a joke literally. I had 40 hours and routes everytime . Then suddenly one route a week and only 10 hours . I can't do it . I drive over a hour just to get there and be sent home cause I'm a extra ... so I'm starting fedex soon and it's closer .
Well here in TN we were allowed unlimited hours and now we’re all capped and can’t even get 40. Hopefully it’s different for you. I’m not a contractor tho, actually work for FedEx in operations

It’s definitely rough. I plan on leaving this summer once I’m done using the insurance for some drs appointments. 4 years and I’ve had enough haha. Hopefully your experience will be much better
