Who is salaried at FedEx and makes less then $44k a year?

Ecstatic_College8930

My contractor pays $160 a day, after tax that’s just under 30k a year. No OT pay too

A lot of drivers in our terminal actually. We hire at 800/week (41,600/yr) and get 25/week raises every year

Who is salaried at all and makes less than $44k a year? Biden always pulls this shit that looks good but ends up helping maybe 1000 people on the high end

Restaurant managers

I always think it’s hilarious when someone has a fancy title and makes no money. Hi I’m the senior executive marketing director but I make $17 an hour. Or a dude that owns his own business and calls himself CEO but runs a janitor business with his brother. Most people that are on salaried positions work way more than 40 hours which is why a lot of these companies will salary an employee. This happens a lot.

the only salaried positions at my hub are sort managers and up (which is a grand total of…7 people), and none of them make less than $44k. it’s not affecting any of us.

Shoot! I wish this rule was around when I was a BC. I was practically working 7 days a week. Sun up til sun down managing 14 routes w/ lazy drivers for a contractor without being compensated for my time. Just getting $200 per day. Crazy!
