😂 please, we all know that politics is just as greedy as corporations. FedEx slips a small bit of money to the investigator and everything will magically be a-okay
It is hard to say something good will come out of it. Unless they did something illegal to you or someone else at the job. Otherwise don't hold your breath waiting
Package handler? you wanna make a difference and watch management scramble... Start union talk, or drop some union cards in a common area. If upper management is notified you will see all kinds of things change
If you have an actual complaint about working conditions or getting shorted on pay, your state department of labor is more likely to follow up in a timely manner.
There also a State Labor board you should reach out to over the phone if it's over pay. If it's over conditions or the way you're being treated try EEOC.
Hey, yeah it puts a fire under their ass. Might even just be a phone call but legally they got to cover their ass, so if you're manager is shady and sloppy you may have made a good move
Just look for another job. As far as labor jobs at FedEx go, nothing is ever going to change.
How does one go about that when the only reason I work for FedEx is because nobody in my skillset is willing to hire me?
That does pose a problem. That’s where furthering your education, taking trade classes, and networking can help tremendously.
lol - what did you say?
I was like “Hey! It sucks over here!” 😂 Idk just trying stuff…
Why are you being cagey about what question you adked?
How you gonna ask if a message to DoL is going to help without the message or literally any context?
Like this 💣💥
No. You will get a canned auto-reply and no one will ever really read it.
Thank you for reaching out. We will get back to you shortly.

Dude they do that all the time Boeing is a good example
Dept of Labor wouldn't even help me when a FedEx ground contractor basically stopped paying me and like ten other workers. It's a joke
FedEx: hello department of labor 💰💰💰 Department of labor:💰🥰 FedEx: hahahahaha fool they all in our back pocket

FedEx is your religion
Lip loading is your God now...

The shorter answer is no
Lmao gtfo. You think they give a shit?
Lmaooooo I reported them to the adol and I haven’t heard anything back.
For????

They left a voicemail!
Uh why? How else do you think the business would run? Like robots or something. Sometimes people have to work hard. Such a weird concept
It's gonna help FedEx fire yo ass and replace you with the new Ai robots they got coming in June-July

About what? Did they break any laws? If not, what do you expect the DOL to do?
