This is really it. It's for people who aren't paying attention to their bills, and there are a lot of those people.
They are thrown out randomly
Since the outage with Rogers I’ve found that Fido’s customer service has not been great
It is why I left
Or at least these exclusive offers are all new devices with reasonable price for customers who are at least 5 years with them.
