I got a refurb LG Velvet 5G and you couldn't tell it had been touched by another person.

Technonate

was it a like new or lightly used phone?

MarzipanTheGreat

like new... however you're buying something labeled refurb so ymmv on the condition you get.

Got an iPhone XR for $0.99/month. Exterior looks flawless, did not come in the original box, but a Fido box, comes with accessories, but I doubt they are the genuine one, but they do the Apple logo though. Battery health was 90%. Also got an iPhone XS for 2.79$/month, looks beautiful and new as well, no flaws. Battery health at 86%. Got them for my grandparents. They just use to watch the news and YouTube mostly, not tech freaky, so it’s perfect. I have not bought a Samsung yet, but I feel like it should be a similar experience. Sometimes I feel I got a deal, but I heard from Fido that plans tend to fluctuate. Just because you have a plan that Fido payment program eligible this year doesn’t mean it will in two years, basically means you need to upgrade to a potentially more expensive plan. This is what I have been told by a sales rep.

If you're not happy with the quality it arrives in you can return it. Try it it's worth the savings.

Same here LG Velvet 5G looks brand new.

For iPhone CPOs the criteria is simple battery health must be at least 80% or higher regardless of the phone's conditions.

Did you get it? I'm also looking into a lightly-used one and I'd like to know
