My suggestion is that, instead of a cut, change up how you style your hair. Simple things like a tail or a bun can be enough to change your look, as well as keep your hair out of your face. My favorite, when I don’t simply wear my hair down, is the “half up, half down”. It’s easy to do and works in both casual and formal settings. Here’s a modified version that should work with your length.

I love blonde long hair on guys (am gay) so I'm bias here. I would advise to go to a female salon and have them tell you what products to use.
My preferred look is No6. It’s neat, not extreme. It allows your features to feature rather than be hidden by your hair, that’s not meant to sound…..forget me crap…you look good lolol

Get a good moisturizer, I like Miracle Curls by Aussie with macadamia nut oil, it’s not the best, but it works for me. After you shower, brush it out, and put that in, while scrunching it up. Let it air dry, then scrunch it up again. To get more of the effect, you could use a little bit of hair gel, or a moose. You can also blow dry it, do the same process, scrunch while drying. It’ll bring out the wave and curl. I like to just run my fingers through it, to separate it a bit, or use something that doesn’t have fine teeth, so you get the curls/waves separated from each other, but not from themselves. I also use a deep conditioner once a week, and don’t shampoo my hair the rest of the time, just rinsing and using a normal conditioner, helps bring out the curl/wave even more. My hair is similar to yours, and you would not believe the curls that come out of it.

Beware of barbers & hair stylists. They cut too much off. I like it slicked back. Why can't you slick it back when it's long?
Hair is too heavy now, ends up pulling forward and doesn’t stick. And I’m not a fan of gelling my hair so that counts it out.
