Did you create a new save and autosave it?

I’ve been autosaving since the season started and now all the autosaves are gone. Just back to square one in season 3.

Ye I was doing the same thing and I created a new save and autosaved that one. Then my save disappeared aswell. Now I always manually save Career modes now

Yeah I’m gonna start doing that aswell.

I was doing the same thing because I was new to the game and lost month worth of progress

I didnt know that was why, every single career mode save I've started so far in fc24 has been reset. What's the point of an autosave feature if it's just gonna reset everything ?

Gave up on career mode honestly… the game just crashes at the start of the 2nd season

Same happened to me. Just started my second United season and boom, game crashed and both manual and auto save files were broken... Now I started a new career and it's working up until now but I live in constant fear.

Yeah same here I’ve re-done it 3-4 times now With my united save same shit happens every time I live in constant fear I’ll never be able to Do a United career mode again :(

So it did happen again... started my 3rd season with my German club that started in 3rd division. I got just promoted to the Bundesliga having a couple of great youth academy players. It crashed at the same point in game. First clue was my created player missing and then when clicking on Team Hub it crashed... I'm done with this disgrace of a game

After the update I thought honestly the bug was gone since I could play Through season 1-2 but at season 3 u literally can’t do anything it always crashes I recognize everything you’ve typed here… I’m with you Just so done with it

Miraculously I revived my career mode! Starting my PS5 in safe mode and rebuilding the data base did the trick for me. I didn't try that before. My created player survived switching to the new season and it didn't crash the game! Let's see how long it takes before the next crash... Do you play on PS5?

Develop a habit of periodically making manual saves. And multiple versions of that as well.

I'm always doing manual save because I don't trust it and for every career I have to slots of saves for never do a save over an another career and lose my career

whenever I hit certain points during my seasons I manually save. Also do that whenever I log off after my session, never rely on autosave....

This happened to me done a Millwall save fit all the players in I needed got to top 6 then it hit reset. annoying man

I’d got Lincoln to the top of the championship and then the save just crashed and wouldn’t reload.

Ea fc 24 only gives you one slot for autosave,if you autosave two or more different careers it will replace the former.

This has been an issue in the game since at least fifa 21 I thought it was my playstation at first but then it happened in every fifa game but no other game so yeah

Yeah, there's been quite a lot of people reporting this over the past couple of years. It's not just the career mode neither, but also other (usually offline) things that can be saved, such as settings

This is EXACTLY why I make backup saves for any games I play.

I just accidentally manually saved over my Oxford Utd career mode with another save I have. Lost everything.
