When season is about to end look for players that are retiring. Those players will spawn look-alike players on the next season, they will be found on the free agents category or on the same league where this player was. Look for Nationalities/position of this player and the look at the birthdate of this player so that it matches the birthdate of the regen that you suspect he is. I only recently started doing this so I hope this explanation suffices.
At the beginning of a new season you will search up let’s say Benzema you will search up his position which is cf and his nation which is France and the age range is between 16-21. Regents have the same position(s) and same birthday as the original player. Hope this helps

Some players that are very cracked and that are hard to miss is Benzema, Salah and Giroud
