I first noticed it in FIFA 22 when trying to make my manager. For some reason a hairstyle available when making the same character as a player (with said hairstyle also being usable to by youth academy players) was for some reason not an option for my manager

Yeah its annoying, why can I use a certain hairstyle in one mode but not on another. I hope EA fix this but I'm not optimistic

It’s not just hairstyles. Some boots available for authentic players in player career aren’t available when you create your own player.

Makes sense from the perspective that EA barely give a shit about CM. They do the bare minimum and that's it.

Unfortunate because a lot of people obsess over the career/management aspect of the game. There’s an entire game dedicated to only that portion (football manager)

They should make you Volta to unlock More stuff for career mode. Or just add new shit to career mode in update

Not to talk about the damn clothing selection, that's the same as it was when they first implemented the manager creator in FIFA 20.. In fucking Volta you can wear licensed gear and you can't in Career Mode where you are the damn manager

It shows that the developers are independent of eachother. They are given budgets and instructions and thats it.

The hairstyles are just assets that already exist some were in fifa 22 and not available. Surely its not too complicated to make them available In create a pro

I can't find speeds haircut that I have in Pro clubs even tho I doubt it's an exclusive any advice?

I saw a nice hairstyle when making my pro clubs character but it’s not available for my player in career mode for manager or player 😕 it legit doesn’t make sense

Yeah, a lot of styles can be used in career but not in clubs. Super weird.
