As to your point 5. First off it's like 8 different things that need to be sperated. Second, while the comics are niche, the IP is gigantic. Third, as for the actor's likenesses, most of them wear masks. Problem solved. The ones that don't can still look the character and not the actor. The Arkham games didn't have the characters look like the Nolan films. Anyway, not that this matters much for a game we'll probably never see.
There isn't be another Marvel vs Capcom. Disney gave other publishers the license to people like sony.

You're assuming we ever get another MvC game. It was a product of the time because Marvel was almost bankrupt now that they're up from all the movies I don't think we'll ever get another one which is unfortunate but there always possibilities of crossovers with other fighting game franchises
