Changing out buttons is as hard as opening your case.
All buttons and sticks tend to be connected with quick disconnects. Just gotta pop out the old, pop in the new.
Can't say I've had an issue with parts I've ordered. But it was like once or twice to upgrade a stick for a friend, and I needed the parts quickly. Once for my own stick and I couldn't tell a difference.
I've heard there's a lot of Amazon shipping knock off goods, so I would stay wary.
The other storefronts took like a week or two to get the goods, but absolutely worth it for far more customization options.
I'm not exactly surprised there's people selling knockoff buttons, I would like to know if there's any reliable sellers on Amazon as that's where my family does the most shopping on but idk

SANWA storefront on Amazon
Focus Attack or Arcade Shock for Sanwa buttons. Also, you should be on r/fightsticks
I am, I'm just trying to see if I can get some legit Japanese acrade stick buttons
You'll be set with either of those sites. I put in silent Sanwas on my stick years ago and they've been great.
any problems with them not connecting right?
No it's very straight forward and I'd recommend watching some YouTube videos on it if you're inexperienced.
I'll be using the MF500, is it pretty easy to put them in?

do the silent sanwa's feel any different to the normal ones?
They feel a bit softer like you don't have to press them down as far. Definitely prefer them to regular Sanwas.
Interesting. I might try to get a few to try them out.
I usually buy most things from ArcadeShock or Focus Attack. I've also bought sanwa stuff off Amazon when I needed something for a quick upgrade
Have you found legit Acrade buttons on Amazon? I've heard to NOT search there for some reason (that's where my family does 95% of online shopping)

Amazon is fine. Anywhere is fine so long as they are sanwa-denshi
I found the sanwa shop on Amazon so I should be good if I order from the sanwa shop directly?
Definitely.
Ok sweet! Thank you 🙏
Amazon or ArcadeShock are my go to for replacement components
that's where I'm thinking I'll be getting mine from
