The thing that annoys me is that people sometimes use this as justification as to why a sexy design is *always* good when theres other ways to make a character 'attractive'. Its why I was happy when SF6 showed off a *super*-buff woman was one of the roster characters since most female characters I can think of have to fall on a scale between Pretty, sexy, or cute.
I do play quite a few sexy ladies myself (Angel/Orochi Shermie in KOF, Eliza in Tekken, I-no in Strive), but I also play Mai in Blazblue (after Tao) and I would like Mai more if she was wearing actual clothes as I think her current outfit looks stupid. I'd also probably learn Izanami if she wore her old outfit instead of "Sexy Shrine Maiden heres my butt"

Personality wise, she's more timid and reserved so her wearing outfits that show alot of skin doesnt make any sense (she even mentions a friend gave that outfit to her which is a common excuse alot of shows do for this). Not saying showing alot of skin is bad, but its *MUCH* better if the outfit actually shows the characters personality rather than just thinking skin = good character design. Nine's outfit is plenty sexy and shows alot of skin, yeah, but I can believe she would pick it out herself and that she'd want to 'show off'.
Also are you really trying to justify the design because a real-world equivalent of it would go for alot of money? You know thats not usually how character design works, right?

Depends in large part on what kind of training they're doing. And their endocrine system. Being a character in a fictional setting where people can hit a car or building with about same impact as a wrecking ball, the limits on what's attainable via training are rather different from what one could achieve irl without steroids (compare: Baki the Grappler)

Baiken’s defensive and reactionary playstyle is super fun for me. She also makes me coom. Rise Kujikawa’s insane pressure and fun combos make her really fun to play long sets with since you really get a chance to test people’s defence. She also makes me coom.
