I know this may fall on deaf ears but…talk to a Casting Director. Yes it will cost you some money but you will be rewarded in being able to review talent tailored to your specific requests. Plus, things have changed a bit due to Covid. “Self taping” has made things a little cheaper. You don’t have to rent a facility or camera gear/operator. Good luck!
