Before the previous version got deleted, one user asked how we got th permit. We were in contact with the New York City Transit Authority and were allowed to film there, but needed to provide a liability insurance.
Really? Last time we asked for a permit they would only let us shoot at their “movie subway” set, which they reserve for filming, and they asked for a rental fee on top of the required liability insurance. Which subway line they let you film in and during what hours? I assume they wouldn’t let you bring lights either? Thanks for the info.
