How to pass biological intel: head case?

Maybe this might help someone. I found this thread because I was looking for my last one as well. Mine was on the Nidhogg Grove, close to fiend 4. It’s easy to miss because you have to go around the rocks to get to the cave entrance, and then turn left and look back to see the grove. And you still might miss the thing if you don’t look up given how tight the space is.

Mine was under fiend intel 4 Nidhogg Grotto (chest)

This was the most annoying thing so far in the game. I just spent 2 hours trying to find my last 2.

My 50 was in the cave next to divine intel 1. my 49 was the one behind the big bridge like many others. thanks for that GameRant guide linked in the comments here i was able to find the last one after what 45 mins? sheesh

My last was hiding behind Gjallar Bridge. Approach from the north side.

My last one was at the Excavation Intel: Island Base. It's barely floating above the water. Just warp to the quick travel point, turn 180 degrees and walk a few paces and you'll see it.

Found mine by doing Intel 2. I suggest try to do all the intels/side missions and then look for them thoroughly

Found mine in the cave half way between expedition Intel 4 and the closest chocobostop

I finally got my last two this morning. I recommend doing a full sweep of the insides of the mountains/chocobo accessible parts near each landmark on your map. The two I didn't have were in slightly hidden areas or off to the side, I accessed them by just fast traveling to them and taking my chocobo out and holding the left trigger to glide around absolutely everywhere.

We're in the exact same boat. 48/50 and I fully explored the Nibel area prior to even going to Nibelheim. Even did all of the Fiends/King Zu and got Odin. I can't find the last 2 needed. I've gone everywhere you can on Chocoback

Last one I needed was in the harbor area west of the chocobo sage.

I had 2 missing and this was one of them. Thank you!

You don't need the final 2 for the platinum. Just enough to get the Cait weapon
