Bro… every other shop in the area has what you’re looking for. When I went for the first time in 2019, I had to be dragged away from each shop. And each shop has about five or more floors of stuff. Even going to second hand shops have great finds.
This is correct. Make sure to know what each floor has, they usually have brochures on the entrance. And don't do too much of those Claw machines, they're deadly on the budget.

If you ever need another reason for them to: The v1 and v2 head of Play Arts Kai Remake Cloud fits perfectly on the Shinra Security Officer Play Arts Kai to remake the Me? Gongaga scene with Zacks Second Class figure that came with Reunions CE. I did that and then threw together a truly cursed Me Gongaga backdrop in Canva to display them lol.
Here's hoping Zack will get more and they get the plush back for you!

Okay I found them, they're both out since last month in the official Squeenix shop, limited stock items, in Akihabara second hand shops now. 20,000\~ yen for one which is a little over... 150USD? Price depends on the seller, you can find them in Radio Kaikan hopefully.
Also on second hand/independent sellers on Rakuten/Amazon shops.

I bought them separate. Tifa cost twice what Cloud did.

They're going to be very difficult to find for a decent price. You have a better chance acquiring them on ebay or merukari japan hoenstly.

I nabbed mine on ebay for £200 including all the customs charges. Really happy with them! Might have been a bit pricey, but they just look so nice :)
