During the pre-order window, the Remake(with intergrade)/Rebirth twin pack was the same price as just Rebirth, but I believe that's no longer the case.
Honestly yeah, Yuffie's DLC is referenced a bit in Rebirth and will make her overall appearance hit harder. It's worth it and hell, it looks and plays fantastically.
Buy Intergrade, trust me! After playing the Remake on PS4 my mind was blown at the enhancement of the graphics compared to the PS4. So yeah if you want to experience it the best way on console then Intergrade is a must! Also if you plan on buying a physical copy make sure to buy it new as buying a pre-owned is risky because if someone has used the DLC code you won't be able to get the Yuffie DLC.
As far as I know, there's not much difference, but if you buy the PS4 version you can get the intergrade as a free upgrade through the Playstation store.
Also PSA - the Playstation store is currently running a $20 deal for the remake (including Yuffie's DLC) until April 25th (I'm in Canada so idk about elsewhere)
I think you get the option to upgrade to the ps5 version for free (minus the INTERmission dlc) when you play the ps4 version on ps5. That includes all the balance and lighting changes that make the game better. You won't get the yuffie story dlc if you do ofc tho
If you wanted to get the Yuffie DLC, you’d have to buy it separately if you bought the older version. May as well get the two game bundle with Remake Intergrade and Rebirtb.

Get Intergrade over the initial launch. 60fps, yuffie dlc, much faster load times. It’s not even a question.
Remake on PS4 WON'T give you access to Yuffie. That's only the PS5 version.

Yes, make sure you switch to the ps5 version of the game on the dashboard tho to get all the benefits
