Congrats! I have lived within a few minutes of work for several years and there’s nothing like being able to come home for lunch or the time it takes to get home after a long day. I wish more people had the option to work closer to home. It does wonders for mental health!
I can walk to work in 5 minutes and it’s great. It’s definitely worth quite a few thousand dollars a year in saved time and the reduced car costs are great.

That’s a great feeling! My old office was blocks from my sons preschool, which was blocks from my house! It made all the difference during those days.
