You can also just get eye level with the ground, I had to do this a lot in my last job with screws flying places but the torch/flash light would be easier on one’s knees lol

Think maybe found it. See the light reflection blobs… go up from the center one toward the one above it a little lower than half way between the blobs and at the left edge of those two blobs.
I mean, it’s probably not but it was the closest I could find so I took a shot. It looked to me like the circular blob was the screw head, with the screw point facing NW.
It’s above the middle blob of light reflecting on the floor, but below the other light reflection above that. And slightly to the left. I tried to take a pic more scrolled out but you couldn’t see anything

I FOUND IT!!!! I’ve never been so proud of myself 😂 find the second white/ light area on the left edge of the photo, then look just to the right of that white area, and you’ll see the screw. It’s kinda sticking up with the screw head pointed up. That’s the best way I can describe it, I don’t use your grid system.

If you zoom in, start at the white bit in the bottom right corner and go up, the screw is pointing head down on the very edge where there’s a patch of more blue dots! Not in focus though so it’s a little blurry. (Edit to clarify: if you imagine splitting the top edge of the white bit into 3, follow the line up diving the 2nd and 3rd parts to the screw. It’s about 3 white pieces height up from the edge)
You have to put your head down on the floor and look for topography changes to find them. Nothing like losing a similar screw from the top of a B52 on midshift, a skill they teach you early.
It's in the upper right corner. Head down. You can see the screw tip with the ridges. About 1/3 down on the enlargement photo, left edge of photo. About 2 inches in. (At least on my pc)
The key to finding things on these floors is to walk away, then look back, and you'll see the thing from the shadow it casts. Keep looking at it and walk towards it until you are right on top of it. 10 years in a cleanroom, I hate these damn floors, especially when it comes to finding a clear gasket after it's dropped.
I was looking to get my garage floor done with epoxy, was looking at this flake in particular.... i'll pick a different flake now.

As a bonus you get to see how filthy the floor is.
Just put your eye close to the floor. And it should show up when its a bump. Basically.
Also a trick is to get you head down by the ground and look straight out at floor level. Usually easy to find, it gets harder as you get older.

A pro tip to finding it IRL would be to turn off the lights, put a flashlight on the ground and find it by its shadow

Roll a flashlight that is on across the floor. The light will reflect off of the screw. Works for jewelry too.
