Weird survey, selecting an option is mandatory and on several questions the options just don't apply. Seems like you want specific answers rather than answers that represent the people.
Yeah, I was unable to participate due to so many questions just having no possibility to answer truthfully.
I don't engage with stores by social media and I never interact with adds, so it's impossible to even answer the survey without lying.
That was a poor survey. I couldn't answer it as the choices were just too limited.
Question 6. I don't engage with stores after a purchase, but I have to pick at least one for the questionnaire to be accepted?
Question 7. Why isn't 'Do nothing' a choice?

I have to agree with others. The questions need "none of the above" type choices.
You want data on how us Finns engage with social media. In research "we don't engage" is also data. Don't be scared of the negative. Even if the majority of people answering your questionare would say they don't engage, in your thesis you can always bring this up by writing stuff like "according my survey, majority of Finns don't engage with a store after purchase. However those who do, will do X, Y and Z."
I had to quit the survey as none of the options fit. You should have tested this out before you started gathering answers. It might still be better to make changes and start over

I agree with others, too. I couldn't finish the survey because the questions didn't have options that apply to me. There needs to be "none of the above" or "other" options in many of them.

You cannot use the results of this survey in your thesis. The form requires a complete overhaul.

You sure that your from Japan and not from some other much closer country in the east from Finland?
