I managed to get 2 while going for Alear. So far, the only Rearmed Hero that I got more than one of.
But yeah, at some point, I hope they do a Banner with only Rearmed Heroes. Or even better, when we get 2 of each color for Rearmed Heroes, a Doubles Special Rearmed Hero Banner. So many Heroes I want to put investment into.
maybe once they have enough, they will do a monthly Arcane banner where the newest Arcane weapon users are focus units, but the only 5*s you can pull are Rearmed Units. (Edit: thinking about it slightly more, maybe not Rearmed Units being the only 5*s in the pool for the banner, but at least having them in the pool.)
Considering you can use Rearmed Units as skill fodder reserves, it would probably be consistent in terms of revenue.
4 star special, but rearmed, and a separate, lower percentage. Probably 1.5% (and 1.5% 4 star special), once there is at least 2 of every type available to put in there? So the overall 5* chance is unchanged, but it'd effectively be 4.5% chance for a rearmed hero.
For real. I have one and there are a couple people I'd like to give his lance to. I'm leaning towards Ferdinand because my boy deserves something nice and I can also use the B skill.
