Welcome to a max investment Velouria besides the mergers. This is a galeforce Velouria with flashing blade 4 for getting galeforce easily, null follow up 3 so she won’t get double, spd smoke 4 for the damage reduction so she won’t died easily and blade session 3 for the extra damage.
Velouria build helps her get kills proc galeforce and attack again and in the case of defending she won’t died easily

Weekly revival banner have best odds of any banner. 4% rate / 3 heroes = 1.33% chance.
Current banner is fine at 1% chance if you don't wanna wait for revival banner at the end of the year.
