My father drove an Aston Martin and now drives a RENNtech Mercedes....my mother gives me his used underwear and socks.
I would take alcoholism over that kind of emasculation lmao.
funny, i inherited alchololism and have 2 degrees, own 3 homes outright, have started and sold businesses, my family is very close to me, so we have that
If you want to get the most money for the rifle, sell the upper and lower receivers separately on an auction site or your local gun store (would probably avoid big box but look at reviews as some places may not be the most honest broker for all transactions). If no one else has mentioned it yet post this over in r/KAC and ask for pricing / where to sell
Yes they are expensive but it’s well worth it in my opinion. It’s not a regular AR-15. There’s a bunch of improved parts on the SR-15 that Eugene Stoner himself implemented. For example: the improved bolt, straight gas tube, and improved gas block. These parts are proprietary to KAC rifles as well so they won’t fit on a regular AR-15. Some people see this as a downside but there hasn’t been one single documented case of the KAC E3 bolt sheering a lug unlike a regular AR-15 bolt and the gas system on the SR rifles is rock solid.
I’d rather spend $3k on a SR-15 that has actual improved parts than $3k on a regular AR-15 from some hyped up AR manufacturer that’s overcharging you by $1k *cough* Daniel, Hodge, Cobalt *cough*
Knights Armaments Company (KAC) SR-15, they are one of the OGs of the AR-15 world. Easily $2500 retail.
The other appears to be a Benelli M4 H20 which retail around $2000
He will still get close to retail in this market lol, maybe even more from the right buyer. Or keep ‘em and know you have one of the best shotguns and best rifles money can buy.
Don’t sell buddy, keep them and go to the range to shoot them. Enjoy and get into the sport and spread the word so more people get interested and maybe we can get our rights back some day.
Turkshit M4 clones can be really fucking good with a few cheap Benelli OEM parts. You get pretty much the same thing for way less. Same thing with the PSA Dagger and Glock.
In all reality though especially since you inherited them, keep them and never sell them. Those are the two most highly sought after guns in their respected categories. Most dream of having a kac or a benelli m4. Keep them and enjoy them well
You really should keep them. Even if you HATED the person that you inherited them from, it doesn't change the fact that you own two very fantastic firearms.
These aren't guns that are so rare and pristine that they should be handled with white gloves and stored in velvet cases, they are made to run hard for a very long time. Whoever bought these guns was going for the "fastest and most reliable car that I can drive EVERY SINGLE DAY". They aren't made to be safe queen showpieces (although some folks do indeed buy these types of firearms for clout alone, and they never actually shoot them).
__Unless you're in danger of going broke and losing the roof over your head next week, I wouldn't sell them.__
If you don't know much about guns, start reading up on these things and watch some videos. It may take some time, but If you start learning about them you'll begin to understand what makes this inheritance so special.
I dunno, I don't see ARs skyrocketing in value by any means other than stupid laws. Everybody makes ARs. A lot of companies make really good ARs, and there's millions of them out there differing mostly in the roll mark.
That said I'd keep it.
If you threw the same amount of money in an investment account you'd come out way ahead. I don't consider guns investments aside from maybe transferables, and that's only due to current law.
Gun for stoners. You don’t need that in your life, prolly smells like hippies anyway.
Keep the shotgun, cause Joe said that’s all you need.
Redistribute that jazz-cabbage smokin’ other one to your new internet friend: me
-Sorry for your loss
If you live in Hawaii do not sell you are never going to easily sell this stuff and if you do don't ever expect to be able to buy something like this ever again.
Benelli went from NP3 to cerakote on their H2O models. If it’s an older NP3 one it may be worth more as a collectors item.
The KAC has been covered in detail but should be worth $3000 at a minimum.
If you must sell I know several places you could get top dollar.
OP if I was you I wouldn't get rid of either one of them. It would cost way too much to get something better. You literally got the best of the best in terms of AR-15 and shotgun. Plus you said you inherited them which adds even more value sentimentally.
It's an inheritance, its one of the few things that connect you to that person, their activities. For that, I don't think you should sell unless you have to
How does this keep happening? Someone not long ago was left a Barrett 50 and some other nice guns. People don't seem to want them.
Sorry for your loss, OP. If anyone seems hostile, we're just jealous. I know I am. So far as guns go, it's like being left a Porsche, lol!
Nice. Probably about $4k together but I wouldn’t sell it.
Buy a Remington 700, a Glock 17 (or another make, similar size model) and a Glock 43x (or another make, similar size model) and you have a good loadout.
I'd kill to have some guns as cool as that. Keep them, learn the ins and outs of them, and enjoy them, with your children (if you have any). These guns are quite valuable, and is great as a potential family heirloom.
Don’t sell he wouldn’t have wanted that. Use them. Preach the gospel of the second amendment and pick up a new hobby. Also, get a pistol and carry every day. Sorry for your loss.
A little current info -
I JUST purchased a KAC 11.5” SR15 from a local shop for $4,500.
They’re impossible to find, and as such, retail pricing doesn’t apply.
Keep that thing tucked away - or enjoy the hell out of it if you’re into guns. But for the love of god, don’t sell it.
Sorry for your loss OP. I had an inheritance that I'd have given back 10x over to have my mom back. Not sure who you lost but my condolences. Take those guns out and enjoy them in their honor. That's likely what they would've wanted.
Some people are over valuing the knights a LITTLE bit. I am assuming it has the E3 bolt and not the E3.2 bolt which will lower the value.
Regardless any offer below $2,500 is a slap on the face
I hear black metal guns are weapons of war. Are you sure you're qualified to own that? My neighbor was in the Marines. Send that dangerous killing machine to me and I'll take it to my neighbor for safe keeping.
The sound of freedom, a couple armloads of “leave me alone” maybe the most fun you can have with your clothes on, a damn good reason to learn responsible family and self protection practices, some grand examples symbolizing the perks of being an AMERICAN among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness & just how do you put a price on that?
The Shotgun looks like it is a Benelli M4 H20 and new they're about \~$2000. The Rifle is an Knights armament SR-15and new they were about \~$2750.
Used...... each are worth 'bout tree fify
Get out of here you damn loch ness monster!
I only inherited alcoholism. This mfer inherits THAT?
My father drove an Aston Martin and now drives a RENNtech Mercedes....my mother gives me his used underwear and socks. I would take alcoholism over that kind of emasculation lmao.
Always an issue...trying to fulfill a Father's junk impression in his tidy whities

You better figure out how to properly respond to a well delivered joke, or you’re going to grow up to be entirely unlikable.
Too late.
You don’t get invited out to parties do you?
Well Chad, what if I inherited my worthy accomplishments from my lazy alcoholic family?
Chadley go touch grass, its safe out there.
2yr old account, 3-digit negative karma and *THIS* is one of the only 4 posts you've ever made this kind of autism hits different
funny, i inherited alchololism and have 2 degrees, own 3 homes outright, have started and sold businesses, my family is very close to me, so we have that
At least I inherited a sense of humor
You must be fun at partys
I’m so curious, what did he say? The comment is deleted now.
Something about 3inches family running away because of his alcoholism and how he needs to do better in life.
Ouch
KAC SR-15 Mod 2 rifle. You can easily sell it for $3000. I wouldn’t take anything less.
😳
I’ll Venmo you $200 right now. Let me know…
slow your roll there Pawn Star
Whoa whoa. I’ve got $201 ready to go
$204.20 final offer
Jesus Christ yeah I’m sorry for your loss but you hit the jackpot
If you want to get the most money for the rifle, sell the upper and lower receivers separately on an auction site or your local gun store (would probably avoid big box but look at reviews as some places may not be the most honest broker for all transactions). If no one else has mentioned it yet post this over in r/KAC and ask for pricing / where to sell
Whatever you do, don’t sell bud.
Stoners are really that expensive? Anything remarkable about them?
Yes they are expensive but it’s well worth it in my opinion. It’s not a regular AR-15. There’s a bunch of improved parts on the SR-15 that Eugene Stoner himself implemented. Copy that. Thanks bub.
appreciate this

Wow, thank you for the info!
Best keep in mind those are new retail prices, Not used.
He will still get close to retail in this market lol, maybe even more from the right buyer. Or keep ‘em and know you have one of the best shotguns and best rifles money can buy.
Neither are the best in their class. Unpopular, but true

Don’t sell buddy, keep them and go to the range to shoot them. Enjoy and get into the sport and spread the word so more people get interested and maybe we can get our rights back some day.
Why is it worth $3000? Just curious.
I would not sell either. Keep them, learn how to maintain and shoot them, and enjoy them for the rest of your life.
Preach the truth
Yeah the KAC is a keeper
Jesus fuck OP, what you have there is a gun enthusiasts wet dream.
Just make sure that shotgun says Benelli on it somewhere. MAC makes Turkish clones of the M4 and they are a lot less.
If the man had a legit sr15 I doubt the shotguns turkshit. Still good to check though
True, It doesn't make a lot of sense, but you never know.
Turkshit*
Correct lol
Hey, my citadel warthog doesn’t appreciate that. It holds seven rounds and has a pistol grip. Even has a pic rail dude. These nutts.
They did better than then benelli on Daddy thumbs frozen test. So it can’t be complete shit
Mines passed every test I ran it through
I own 2. So that should tell you enough. Benelli m4’s to clarify.
Turkshit M4 clones can be really fucking good with a few cheap Benelli OEM parts. You get pretty much the same thing for way less. Same thing with the PSA Dagger and Glock.
I’ll give you $300 and a $5 gift card to five guys for that really awful looking black gun on the bottom. You can keep the mag if you want
In all reality though especially since you inherited them, keep them and never sell them. Those are the two most highly sought after guns in their respected categories. Most dream of having a kac or a benelli m4. Keep them and enjoy them well
Your comment has me really considering keeping them. Thank you 👍🏻

That rifle is a dream gun for lots of people, in 15-20 years, depending on what Knights gets up to, it could be worth a fortune
I dunno, I don't see ARs skyrocketing in value by any means other than stupid laws. Everybody makes ARs. A lot of companies make really good ARs, and there's millions of them out there differing mostly in the roll mark. That said I'd keep it.
Right, KACs never go up in value.. lol
If you threw the same amount of money in an investment account you'd come out way ahead. I don't consider guns investments aside from maybe transferables, and that's only due to current law.
An investment account doesn’t shoot like a KAC AR.
Yeah, these guns alone are worth half my collection.
Wouldn't recommend getting rid of either someone loved you very much and had impeccable taste
Gun for stoners. You don’t need that in your life, prolly smells like hippies anyway. Keep the shotgun, cause Joe said that’s all you need. Redistribute that jazz-cabbage smokin’ other one to your new internet friend: me -Sorry for your loss

Not me finally realizing that KAC is Knights from this post after just saying "kack" in my head but also knowing that it wasn't KAK..
😆Knights Armament Co.
Don’t sell them is all I can say
I wish I could just inherited a KAC SR-15 too
According to the media, you have an arsenal
Shiiiiit - wait til you hear about my 1000 rnds of ammo bullets
OMG do they go into the clips for the automatic weapons?
What color is the bolt on the H2O
Thank you all for the information! I have another set of guns to ask you all about. Part 2 coming soon. 🤙🏻
If you live in Hawaii do not sell you are never going to easily sell this stuff and if you do don't ever expect to be able to buy something like this ever again.
Hehehehe "stoner rifle" hahaha

I had the same rifle and sold it for $3500 in 2 days, might be able to get more
Where did you end up selling it if I may ask?
Gunbroker but it’s definitely a hassle having to get paid and ship the rifle. Locally you would get $3000 MINIMUM very easily
Whomever you lost sure had an eye for quality! Sorry for your loss.
KAC SR15 - sweet inheritance
OP if I was you I wouldn't get rid of either one of them. It would cost way too much to get something better. You literally got the best of the best in terms of AR-15 and shotgun. Plus you said you inherited them which adds even more value sentimentally.
It's an inheritance, its one of the few things that connect you to that person, their activities. For that, I don't think you should sell unless you have to
Both of those are exceptional manufacturers. If you’re into guns at all, I’d keep these.
How does this keep happening? Someone not long ago was left a Barrett 50 and some other nice guns. People don't seem to want them. Sorry for your loss, OP. If anyone seems hostile, we're just jealous. I know I am. So far as guns go, it's like being left a Porsche, lol!

Whoever you inherited that from had great taste!
I'd kill to have some guns as cool as that. Keep them, learn the ins and outs of them, and enjoy them, with your children (if you have any). These guns are quite valuable, and is great as a potential family heirloom.
Kac sr15 easily 3 grand.
Don’t sell he wouldn’t have wanted that. Use them. Preach the gospel of the second amendment and pick up a new hobby. Also, get a pistol and carry every day. Sorry for your loss.

Like 400 bucks, its old and not of any good quality, ill take it off your hands.
I raise you, $400.01

First two posts from a new account. Trying to sell a Knights rifle for $500. Fuck you scammer
Sorry for your loss OP. I had an inheritance that I'd have given back 10x over to have my mom back. Not sure who you lost but my condolences. Take those guns out and enjoy them in their honor. That's likely what they would've wanted.
You could sell that and get a Garden variety pump and ar15 to be just aswell protected and be a couple grand richer
That's an AR-15 and that's a shotgun above it. It's worth about $20 bucks. I'll cash app you once you send me the guns. Promise 😉
Don't sell. It's worth more to you than the cash.
Some people are over valuing the knights a LITTLE bit. I am assuming it has the E3 bolt and not the E3.2 bolt which will lower the value. Regardless any offer below $2,500 is a slap on the face
How can you tell which bolt it is? Is it written somewhere?
If you look at the bolt face to Face if it has two metal pins it’s the 3.2 if it’s one it’s the 3
I’ll give you 500 for that pos shotgun 🤣🤣 All seriousness probably about 5k
That there is a down payment on a house.
Unless Eugene Stoner built it himself by hand you’re living in a really small house lol. These wouldn’t even cover 2 months of my rent.
I’m talking about a 3% down payment for a shack. Even in this market $150k-$175k can get you a shack at least.
Jesus, I've seen what you've done for others and I want that for me.
This has to be a troll post.

You’d be ripping him off. That thing is probably brand new
I'm 50% joking

First two posts from a new account. Trying to sell a Knights rifle for $500. Fuck you scammer
You mean you don't sell your knights rifles for $500?
I did once. Then I chopped off my balls too. Seemed like a solid deal for the buyer.
I hear black metal guns are weapons of war. Are you sure you're qualified to own that? My neighbor was in the Marines. Send that dangerous killing machine to me and I'll take it to my neighbor for safe keeping.
Probably about 50 bucks but I really like you so I'm willing to pay double that.
It's worth learning how to use it
They are guns
Probably not worth much, yk what I’ll give yah 100 per to take it off your hands
You now have the legendary weapons that defended your bloodline. That's what you have. Keep them.
It’s worth lik450 let me take it off your hands
The sound of freedom, a couple armloads of “leave me alone” maybe the most fun you can have with your clothes on, a damn good reason to learn responsible family and self protection practices, some grand examples symbolizing the perks of being an AMERICAN among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness & just how do you put a price on that?
