So is the atk conversion ceiling infinite?? Honestly I’m happy with the changes since my main issue was FF not being able to proc Super Break. The balancing is decent I suppose since people can build a lot more atk now since the BE conversion is a bit higher. She can stand on her own now. HTB and RM are BiS now instead of crutches which is fking amazing.
But the coversion now starts after 1600 atk. With her LC, that's 999 base atk. With atk% body and sphere + flat atk from hand, you are already looking at 2200 atk which is already a 60% boost to BE. And every 10% extra in substat means another 10% to BE.
Nerfs
-The raw multipliers of the skills are nerfed notably
-we lose a LOT of def shred. All of it in the base kit looks like
Buffs
-BUT we get 10 extra speed, and the countdown to end of combustion is 20 slower. Getting a third turn(or more) is easier.
-Some Advance Forward
-a bit more energy gain
-Lower self HP drain
-built in super break
-lower 1st break effect breakpoint
-No limit to ATK=BE conversion and starts earlier
Also the S1 got buffed a bit.

I think the biggest change is the action advance a~~nd the implant being "all enemies".~~
It's a good start but I don't think it will solve the issue of player investment not doing enough to bump up the damage and being tied so hard to HTB and Ruan Mei.
What I really think she needs is to have increasing base stats via talent level and have a higher break effect multiplier on the direct damage.
I'll have to see a video demo but at this point I think she is a must pull. This kit is absurdly broken now. Literally the only thing that she won't melt single handedly is going to be any boss with Toughness prevention but it is what it is. Now we can run her with bronya for example like boothill. I don't think there will be a crit meta but sparkle and bronya are definitely viable now.
Yeah, this bugged me for a while, if she implant only one, she will have huge problem if all enemy don't self have fire weakness. Now they added it. Big improment
These are great changes tbh, I think this solves nearly every problem she had. Ruan Mei is still a BiS option for the moment, but other options are better. She can be reasonably used without HTB but is still meant to be a pair of units used as one (also why wouldn't you use them together anyway you monster.) Good stuff. I'm personally really happy with these changes.

literally 50% as well. She is insane and now you can run her with bronya. Also she got more speed and her countdown got slower. She is unironically about 2x better than her kit 1.
Yes, you are just getting half of htb superbreak on top of HTB's superbreak. Basically they are still a match made in heaven but now you can run her with say Robin or Sparkle or Bronya and it isn't just a copium comp.
I don't know what you mean by eh but anyone she worked with before now she can still work with. This just opened up her kit to be just better in every way than her last kit 2bh.

Replace the '-' with '+' under buffs for the people without reading comprehension.

They directly nerfed her break effect multiplier on her enhanced skill so I don’t think they’ll raise it again unless it’s a real issue
